For those of you worried about the show's future, some fans are putting together a new campaign. Here's the info, as sent to me:
As we anxiously wait for news about the fate of our favorite show, I'm happy to announce that a group of fans have been planning a monster "Renew Veronica Mars" push for May 9, the day of the Season 2 finale.
1. A plane flying a "Renew Veronica Mars!" banner over L.A. The plane will fly for two hours in the morning, and again for two hours in the evening.
2. College-themed packages to Dawn Ostroff and other executives at The CW, including a few college recommendation letters for Veronica and some Hearst College paraphernalia like T-shirts and keychains. The packages will also include a note telling them to look to the sky on May 9.
3. Getting the word about the campaign out to as many friendly media sources as we can, including Kristin Veitch, Ausiello, and others. The media types will be receiving care packages of their own.
As you can imagine, the costs of this will be relatively high. Anyone who would like to contribute can Paypal a donation to anna.r.smith@gmail.com.

I love Maureen Ryan. She is such a fan of both Jason and Kristen's, as everyone should be. The Chicago Tribune has another little piece by her:
The party scene between Logan and Veronica and the morning-after scene at Logan's door were probably, on the page, fairly straightforward.
But thanks to the acting skills of Jason Dohring and Kristen Bell, those scenes were, to quote Logan, "epic." The emotion and meaning conveyed in their glances, pauses and silences spoke volumes. The words were important, but they were just one part of what made those scenes intense and moving.
Another great episode with some really terrific performances. I had a hard time choosing between the last two scenes for the newly updated "Feature" video, but I finally went with the...well, you'll just have to watch. Main reason I chose it is because what you see there is nothing that you didn't see in the preview. Anyway, the new clips are up. Same with the new promo. Enjoy!
